A five-day Oracle Primavera P6 training programme sponsored by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has successfully concluded in Edo State, equipping participants with practical project management skills.
The training, executed by Mathnebi Nigeria Limited, brought together about 50 participants from different organisations. The programme focused on the practical use of Oracle Primavera P6, a widely used project management software designed to improve project scheduling, monitoring and management of complex operations.
During the closing session, the Company Secretary of Mathnebi Nigeria Limited expressed appreciation to the NCDMB for giving the company the opportunity to implement the training programme. The official also commended President Bola Tinubu for his continued support for the board led by Felix Omatsola Ogbe.
According to the company, the training programme significantly enhanced the capacity of Nigerian professionals working in sectors where the Oracle Primavera P6 software is applied.
Participants also described the training as impactful, noting that the programme was well organised and that the facilitators demonstrated strong expertise. They added that the quality of the training materials and practical sessions exceeded their expectations.
The initiative forms part of the NCDMB’s broader strategy to strengthen local capacity within Nigeria’s oil and gas sector by developing skilled professionals capable of managing complex industry projects.
The board reaffirmed its commitment to continuous professional development aimed at ensuring Nigerian professionals remain competitive and aligned with global industry standards.
