The designation of Engineer Emmanuel Ehidiamen Okoebor as the Commissioner of Finance-designate was made. Okoebor, who was born on October 21, 1972, graduated from the University of Benin with a degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.
Having worked in the banking industry for more than 25 years, including at Standard Trust and United Bank for Africa (UBA), he advanced to the position of Assistant General Manager and is now a Regional Manager in charge of 15 UBA business offices.
The statement further stated that Engr. Emmanuel Ehidiamen Okoebor, MBA, is a registered member of COREN and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
